I design interfaces for the web and applications, making them accessible and inclusive for users. Worked as a core product designer at Mos.ru. This is a platform for Moscow residents with services. Responsible for products such as help centre, navigation, search, catalog, chat and voice assistant.
2021 → 2023 Made a redesign of the feedback service and launched a new service "Help". The service combined instructions, contacts, technical support, government electronic service, telephone directory and FAQ.
– Made a redesign of search. Transferred everything to inclusive components.
– Redesigned the navigation, optimized the menu, created additional attention management tools.
– Designed a voice assistant and chat interface from scratch for the web and mobile application "My Moscow".
